To add contrast or unity to a document, you can change the text font and size in Adobe InDesign. If you click the cursor anywhere within the first block of body text you'll see the paragraph style 'Basic Paragraph' selected, with a little '+' next to it. To set up your own shortcut, just go to the Edit menu, and choose Keyboard Shortcuts (also at the end of the menu).
No need to worry about licensing, and you can use fonts from Adobe Fonts on the web or in desktop applications.
